Hardwood Decking

Hardwood Decking was fitted at this private deck in Glandore
Decking – Commerical

This decking was designed and fitted in a bar/ restaurant in Cork. A large Elm tree, major feature of the garden was incorporated into the decking and seating design.

Hardwood Decking with Glass Balustrade

Hardwood Deck with a 10mm toughened glass balustrade was used for this decking. This hardwood decking is commonly used in both commercial and domestic applications.
Cedar Wood Deck

This Cedar Wood Deck fitted with a Cedar Wood Pergola to match the deck, creating a consistent finish and enhancing the look of the deck.

Balau Hardwood Decking

Balau Hardwood Decking was used. This can be grooved or smooth. This Design incorporated planter boxes and railway sleepers resulting in a contemporary and stylish finish.
Latvian Redwood timber Decking

This decking is Latvian Redwood timber. Latvian Redwood is made up of tight grain timber which ensures durability and a long life span. Latvian redwood is grown much slower than other types of timber, usually between 80 and 120 years, guaranteeing a high quality finish. High railings were fitted to match the decking creating a consistent finish.

We have worked with Hennessy Timber Group on a number of major projects in Cork over the past ten years. These projects include the Clarion Hotel, The Elysian Tower, Blackpool Town Centre, and The Maryborough House Hotel. Hennessy Timber Group completed a large range of timber works which included cedar cladding, hardwood decking and composite decking. They also completed the timber boardwalk at the Clarion Hotel in Cork City, which is a fine piece of work and certainly stands the test of time. They consistently provided a high quality product and finish and proved invaluable in the timber aspect of these developments. Aidan and his team’s product knowledge and advice , at all stages from design to install was extremely helpful.
